Meet Coach Eve

Healthy living is personal.  There is no one-size-fits-all solution for living well.  I believe wellness is about balance- you can eat well, move your body and still have an occasional slice of pizza!  As humans, we gravitate toward what feels good and away from things that feel bad.  You are more likely to create and sustain healthy habits when you enjoy them.  Feeling like you “should” eat a certain way or get to the gym will only get you so far.  As a health and wellness coach and fitness professional, my aim is to help you find your “why” for healthy living and to discover ways to incorporate healthy habits into your life that you actually want to do.

As a busy mother to young children, I know the struggle of mustering the energy to put a healthy meal on the table at the end of a long day.  I know the juggling act that goes into carving out time to exercise for my physical and mental well being.  As a coach, my approach is life-centered, real world, and focused on finding ways-large and small- to incorporate healthy habits that you enjoy and that make sense in your life right now.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and am both a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Personal Trainer.

I am married with 2 daughters and a loving Labrador.  When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my family, cooking, walking, and doing boot camp style workouts.
